OUR RETURNS POLICY

Daily Supps Co is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification. 

If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Daily Supps Co will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please note change of mind orders or incorrect purchases will not be offered a refund however we are happy to exchange your product for you to different selection. 

Please contact becollagen@outlook.com to commence your return  with your name, order number, and photographic proof in order for us to process your refund. 

Daily Supps Co will cover redelivery for any products that are faulty/damaged however any change of mind/incorrect orders will need to pay for shipping costs again before your delivery leaves the warehouse.

This policy expires 14 days (Australian orders) from the date of dispatch.
