If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, BE. COLLAGEN will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please note change of mind orders or incorrect purchases will not be offered a refund however we are happy to exchange your product for you to different selection. 

We require any dissatisfaction or quality concerns to be emailed within 1 week of receiving the product so we can address promptly.
